Refund policy
This policy explains when an employer can cancel a vacancy advert or receive a refund.

Before publication
You may cancel for a full refund at any time before we publish the advert. Email your vacancy reference to aisling@thomaspatrickrecruitment.com. If we cannot accept or publish your advert, we will also issue a full refund.
After publication
Once an advert is published, the purchased service has started and payments are normally non-refundable if you decide to withdraw the role, fill it early or receive fewer applications than expected. If we make a material error or fail to provide the purchased service and cannot put it right within a reasonable time, we will offer an appropriate re-run, account credit or partial/full refund.
Package features
If an included Featured or Urgent package feature is missed, contact us promptly. We will first correct or extend the promotion. If that is not reasonably possible, we will provide an appropriate partial refund or credit.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank processing times vary, so the funds may take several working days to appear after the refund is issued.
Statutory rights
The service is intended for employers buying job advertising for business purposes. If you buy as a consumer, any cancellation or refund rights provided by law still apply and are not limited by this policy.
Requesting a refund
Email aisling@thomaspatrickrecruitment.com with your vacancy reference, company name and reason for the request. We will review it and reply as soon as reasonably possible.
