2. Information we collect

  • Employer and contact details, including name, company, email address and telephone number.
  • Vacancy details, application contact details and any information included in the job description.
  • Order details, package, payment status and transaction references. Stripe handles card details; we do not store full card information.
  • Messages you send us and basic technical or security information generated when the website is used.

3. Why we use it

We use information to review, publish and manage vacancy adverts; take payment and keep financial records; answer enquiries; prevent misuse; and improve the reliability of the service. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, steps taken before a contract, compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interests in operating and protecting a local job advertising service.

4. Public vacancy information

Published job titles, company names, locations, descriptions and employer-supplied application contact details can be viewed publicly. Do not include private personal information or special-category information in a vacancy description.

5. Who receives information

Unpaid or rejected submissions are normally deleted within 90 days. Advert and correspondence records are normally kept for up to 12 months after the advert ends. Payment and accounting records may be kept for up to six years where required for tax, legal or record-keeping purposes. We may retain information longer when needed to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation.

7. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your personal information. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact us first if you would like us to help resolve a concern.

8. Security, international transfers and cookies

We use reasonable safeguards and service providers designed to protect information. Some providers may process information outside the UK using recognised safeguards. The site currently uses only cookies or similar storage needed for security and core operation, not advertising cookies. We will update this notice if that changes.
